Played for the first and last time recently. Small tournament with unlimited add-ons until break. The dealers collect the money and distribute add-on chips. At the break the tournament director takes the cash and figures out the money. No way to keep track of it and I guarantee you, at least on this day, the stated prize pool was way short of what it should have been. I questioned a couple of the 'locals' about this and they stated 'it happens all the time. Thats why people quit coming here'. They need a better, more accurate way to keep track of buy ins and add-ons so theres no hint of suspicion.
